Ingredients:
180g flat rice noodles
3ml MOTHER’S BEST HOT SAUCE
45ml MOTHER’S BEST SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
10ml MOTHER’S BEST WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
30 ml MOTHER’S BEST OYSTER SAUCE
5 ml Hoisin Sauce
20 ml lemon juice
5 ml MOTHER’S BEST VEGETABLE OIL
15 g onion, minced
5 g garlic, minced
60 g medium-sized prawns
Procedures:
a. Soften the rice noodles by soaking it in cold water for 8-10 minutes, then drain. In a boiling pot of water, boil the pre-soaked noodles until cooked. Drain again and set aside.
b. To make Szechuan sauce mixture, add in a bowl the MOTHER’S BEST HOT SAUCE, MOTHER’S BEST SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE, MOTHER’S BEST WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, MOTHER’S BEST OYSTER SAUCE, Hoisin sauce, and lemon juice. Set aside.
c. Saute the prawns in garlic and onion then add in the Szechuan sauce mixture and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Add in cooked rice noodles until well-mixed.
d. To plate, put the stir-fried rice noodles in a bowl. Top with prawns and garnish with cilantro, leeks, red bell pepper, lemon slice, and chili powder if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
