Basil Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients:
250 g boneless chicken thigh
2 tbsp. MOTHER’S BEST BARBECUE MARINADE
2 tbsp. MOTHER’S BEST OYSTER SAUCE
1 tbsp. MOTHER’S BEST HOT SAUCE
½ cup bell pepper (shredded)
¼ cup white onion (shredded)
1 tbsp. garlic
½ cup cucumber (shredded)
Basil leaves
6 sheets tortilla wrapper

Ingredients:
250 g boneless chicken thigh
2 tbsp. MOTHER’S BEST BARBECUE MARINADE
2 tbsp. MOTHER’S BEST OYSTER SAUCE
1 tbsp. MOTHER’S BEST HOT SAUCE
½ cup bell pepper (shredded)
¼ cup white onion (shredded)
1 tbsp. garlic
½ cup cucumber (shredded)
Basil leaves
6 sheets tortilla wrapper

Procedures:
a.    Trim any excess fat off of the chicken; marinade with MOTHER’S BEST OYSTER SAUCE, MOTHER’S BEST BARBECUE MARINADE, and MOTHER’S BEST HOT SAUCE, set aside.
b.    Saute the garlic and onion until lightly browned, then add the marinated chicken.
c.    Remove the chicken and cut into strips.
d.    Toss in all vegetables and continue to stir-fry quickly until just mixed. Remove the heat.
e.    Pre-heat the tortilla wrapper in a non-sticky pan.
f.    Wrap the chicken mixture in the tortilla wrapper, garnish with basil leaves and serve. Enjoy!
