Cream Dori Pasta in Lemon Oster Sauce

Ingredients:
1 pc. egg
2 tbsp. yellow prepared mustard
½ tsp. salt
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup MOTHER’S BEST VEGETABLE OIL (for frying)
12oz. of cream dori fillet


Sauce:
¼ cup MOTHER’S BEST OYSTER SAUCE
2 tbsp. MOTHER’S BEST SOY SAUCE
1 tbsp. MOTHER’S BEST WHITE VINEGAR
1/8 cup of olive oil
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 pc.whole lemon (juice)

Procedures:
a.    Whisk together the egg, mustard and salt; set aside. Prepare the bread crumbs. 
b.    Heat the oil (MOTHER’S BEST VEGETABLE OIL) in a large heavy frying pan over medium high heat.
c.    Dip fish in the egg mixture. Dredge the egg into the bread crumbs, makeit sure that it completely coats the fish. To make it                extra crispy, dip it into the egg and breadcrumbs again.
d.    Fry fish fillet in oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
e.    In a 3 or 4 quart pot simmering water. Cook pasta noodles for 8 to 10 minutes. While pasta is cooking, blend the MOTHER’S              BEST OYSTER SAUCE, MOTHER’S BEST SOY SAUCE, MOTHER’S BEST WHITE VINEGAR, sesame oil and lemon     juice using the             blender. Heat a pan and cook the sauce over medium heat.
f.    Pour the sauce over pasta and fish fillet.
g.   Serve hot and enjoy!
