Philippine Deconstructed Sinigang

Ingredients:
½ kg. medium white shrimp/tiger shrimp
MOTHER’S BEST SINIGANG SA SAMPALOK MIX
2 tbsp. MOTHER’S BEST HOT SAUCE
¼ cup white onion
1 cup string beans
1 ½ cup kangkong
1 cup eggplant
1-2 cups pf water

Procedures:
a.    Remove the skin of the shrimp except for the head and tail. Devein the shrimp.
b.    In a stockpot, Saute onion and vegetables. Then add water. Wait until the vegetables are cooked.
c.    Add the shrimp and simmer until cooked.
d.    Season with MOTHER’S BEST SINIGANG SA SAMPALOK MIX and MOTHER’S BEST HOT SAUCE to add spiciness in the food. (Depends to taste)
e.    Serve with rice. Enjoy!
